From your Influencer Discovery page, you can now quickly access content moderation controls (e.g., auto approve author, auto reject author) and personalized engagement reports, and opt to track individual influencers via a new social listening feed or an existing one. Upon clicking “track influencer” and selecting “create a new feed,” our system will automatically generate a feed that tracks all content mentioning or authored by the influencer.
You can access this feed from your dashboard, and edit the search criteria from Feed Configuration.
View Consumer Activity with Upgraded Author Cards
Author Cards, or Zoomph’s social media personality cards, provide snapshots of your audience’s demographics, locations, and associations as informed by our constantly-updating database of 150M+ profiles. With our improved design, you can also see the most recent social posts published by the consumer or influencer.
Author Cards are useful in identifying talking points for when you approach new leads, and arm you with information for personalizing messages and your brand offerings. Our clients have used Author Card to enrich their CRMs and develop buyer personas, too, using our data to understand what consumers value most.
